No Recipe Needed:

Leftovers (Always make a bit extra, even for a few days later)

Salads with nuts, meat and homemade dressings (honey mustard (Use apple cider vinegar instead of coconut), Honey Mustard Vinaigrette, Vinaigrettes (Here are 10 good Paleo ones), Avocado Dressing.

Tuna Salad Lettuce Wraps (Or on Avocado) Chunk white tuna, mayo, pickles, s/p.

Any lunch meat w/no sugar/gluten lettuce. Wrap with cream cheese, cheese, cheese/nuts

Nachos (Beef, chicken, etc – use Organic corn chips)

Organic Corn Chips with Blackbean, Avocado, Tomato and lemon juice salsa

Recipes:
Dim-Sum Meatballs (I make extra meatballs when making meatball soup, and then have these as a side/snack/lunch within a few days after the soup leftovers are gone.

Bean-less chili

Sundried Tomato Chicken Salad

Chicken Lettuce Wraps (Substitute honey for sugar and use GF, Organic Soy Sauce)

Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Cauliflower Pizza Bites

Portabella Mushroom Pizza

Mushroom Cap Pizzas

Chick-fil-A Bites with Honey Mustard Sauce (Substitute potato starch for the flour for frying.) As for the potato starch… I know, I know.. But hey, it is a nice treat every now and then 🙂 And only eat if for lunch.

Pork Fried Rice -or- other rice dish (on VERY limited occasion, 1x a week) Make extra rice for fam to go with dinner. Use GF, Organic Soy Sauce.

Crab Salad (I add olives, just because I like olives!)
