Here are some of my favorite Primal, Breakfast recipes and ideas. I am not very strict on the use/non-use of corn (as long as it is Organic.. no GMOs allowed in this house!) The same with beans.. I know the arguments against them, but I think if they are used in breakfast or lunch portions, and in moderation (1-2x week, max) they are ok. I would also recommend not using sweet potatoes within the first few weeks. I think it is better to first get your body on the right fat-burning track before adding carbs in. But, that’s just my opinion. Means nothing if you don’t agree šŸ™‚

Sweet Potato Hash (Goes great with sausage crumbles and fried egg)

Eggs baked in Roasted Tomato Sauce

Poached Eggs in Tomato Sauce with Chickpeas and Feta

Huevos Rancheros

Breakfast Nachos ( I wouldn’t recommend this in the first few weeks, but here or there – sure!)

Frittata (I add cheese šŸ™‚ Makes enough for 2 days’ breakfast, or make 2 to save time next day)

Egg “Muffins” (Good with Hollandaise)

Curried Veggie Hash w/ Poached or Fried Eggs, NOT Quinoa

Cheesy Chorizo and Spaghetti Squash Egg Bake

Breakfast Lasagna

Crab Cakes Eggs Benedict

Sausage Hash (Substitute potatoes for Sweet Potatoes. Serve with poached or fried eggs.)

Almond Flour Pancakes

Cream Cheese Pancakes

Sweet Potato Waffles

Almond Flour Waffles

Cheesy Sweet Potato Crisps (Goes well with Sausage)

Bacon Wrapped Omelet Bites

Jalapeno, Cheddar Cauliflower Bites

Paleo Cereal

No Recipe Needed:
Eggs with slab ham (Good with hollandaise)
Berry Smoothies (W/ Yogurt and Coconut Milk)
Yogurt with Fruit
Scrambled Eggs with Veggie Toppings: Caramelized onions, Tomatoes & Feta, sundried tomatoes, Sauteed Mushrooms & Spinach-(good with hollandaise), avocado, salsa

Add hollandaise to anything to make it a little different.
