I say dessert… I mean, a treat you should eat before 12, noon. 🙂 I am of the belief that while you are losing/trying to lose weight in the beginning of Primal eating, you should eat any carbs for the day before noon. That way they are well burned off before bed when you start either storing or saying see ya to all the fat you ate that day. 🙂 And when I eat 1928774328 calories in a day, I’d say that’s a pretty big deterrent .
